Actor-filmmaker Vishnu Manchu is currently busy with the most ambitious project of his career, Kannappa. Also starring Bollywood star Akshay Kumar and pan-India star Prabhas in lead roles, the high-budget pan-India film will be hitting theaters on April 25, 2025.
The Manchu actor’s touching gesture for the children belonging to the Indian Army, Airforce, and Navy personnel is winning hearts all over. Vishnu Manchu, the Pro-Chancellor of Mohan Babu University, Tirupati, on Sunday announced that the Mohan Babu University will be offering a 50 percent scholarship for the children of Telugu people serving in the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
Speaking about the announcement, Vishnu said, “Our soldiers make unimaginable sacrifices to protect our nation. This is a small way for us to show our respect and gratitude for their service. I hope this initiative inspires other universities.” It’s worth mentioning that a couple of years ago, Vishnu adopted 120 orphan children in Tirupati, supporting their education, well-being, and overall development.
