Tollywood films usually take about four weeks to move to OTT and the pattern rarely slips. This time it has. A Telugu movie that arrived in theatres only a week ago has already turned up on Amazon Prime Video, creating a rare and surprising digital jump.
The film in question is Paanch Minar, starring Raj Tarun and Rashi Singh. It hit theatres on November 21, 2025, and landed on Amazon Prime Video today, November 28, 2025. A 7-day gap between theatrical and digital release is unusual, which makes this shift stand out immediately.
Paanch Minar, directed by Ram Kadumula, had a few moments that clicked but could not stay afloat in theatres. Weak promotions, low buzz and strong competition pushed it down fast.
Ghosh, Brahmaji, Srinivasa Reddy, Sudharshan and others appear in supporting roles. The film is produced by Madhavi and MSM Reddy, with music by Shekar Chandra. But will the film find success in its second chance on OTT? Will the digital audience pick it up and give it the momentum it missed in theatres? We have to wait and see.
