Young hero Vijay Deverakonda’s popularity on social media has touched a new height. The talented actor has surpassed leading Tollywood stars like Allu Arjun, Prabhas, Mahesh Babu and Rana to become the first Tollywood hero to amass 5 million followers on Instagram.
After Vijay, Allu Arjun stands second with 4.6m followers, while Prabhas (4m), Mahesh Babu (3.8m) and Rana Daggubati (3.4m) occupy the remaining top spots respectively. After Arjun Reddy’s historic success, Vijay became a pan-Indian celebrity and he has fans from all over the country.
Vijay’s next film is a romantic entertainer, titled World Famous Lover. The film is slated to be released on February 14.
