Charan Tej Uppalapati, who’s known for his script work in Nikhil’s action thriller Spy (2023), has bagged an opportunity to direct a Hindi film with veteran actress Kajol Devgn in the lead role. To make it more exciting, Prabhudeva is going to share the screen with her after a gap of 27 long years.
Titled ‘Maharagni: Queen of Queens’, it is touted as a pan-Indian venture with simultaneous release across five languages of the country. Bejawa Studious and E7 Entertainments are co-producing this flick on a massive budget.
The project also stars Samyuktha Menon, Naseerudhin Shah, Jisshu Sengupta, and Aditya Seal in supporting roles. The makers have already unveiled a teaser of the film, which received positive reactions from netizens.
