Tollywood star Ram Charan will soon join hands with the Telangana government for a noble cause. The actor will be gracing a special event to mark the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking organized by the Telangana government.
The event will be held at Shilpa Kala Vedika in Hyderabad today (Thursday, June 26, 2025), with Ram Charan as the chief guest. The Telangana government has been determined to inspire the state’s youths to shun narcotics and other dangerous substances, and Ram Charan’s support will aid the government’s mission.
On the movies front, Ram Charan is currently working on the highly anticipated pan-India rural action drama, Peddi. The film is scheduled for release on March 27, 2026, as Charan’s birthday treat for fans.
