Letterboxd is one of the most popular online destinations for cinephiles, offering a platform to discuss, rate, and review movies. Recently, the platform unveiled its list of the Top 100 films with the most fans on Letterboxd, ranked by the highest ratio of fans for the year 2024.
Surprisingly, 4 of these 100 films are from the Telugu film industry and garnered immense love from fans. These films include Athadu (ranked 42), Jersey (ranked 57), Sagara Sangamam (ranked 75), and Khaleja (ranked 85). Notably, two of these films starred Superstar Mahesh Babu, and what’s even more surprising is that the acclaimed Trivikram Srinivas directed both.
Once again, it has been proven that the combination of Mahesh Babu and Trivikram Srinivas is evergreen. Despite the underwhelming performance at the box office, their recent collaboration, Guntur Kaaram, has garnered a significant fan following since its release on the OTT platform Netflix.
