Lokesh Kanagaraj’s much anticipated Coolie starring Rajinikanth is set to ignite the box office from August 14. The movie features a cameo by Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan. The star hero accepted this cameo since he will lead Lokesh Kanagaraj’s superhero film.
Aamir has now started interacting with the media to celebrate the success of his recent release, Sitaare Zameen Par. In an interview with Pink Villa, Aamir said, “I am very excited for the film because Lokesh is an amazing director.The film will start next year in the second half, once I am done with the Raju (Rajkumar Hirani) film. I think we will start shooting for it in September 2026.”
Aamir added that he is really looking forward to Lokesh Kanagaraj’s film since he hasn’t been part of an action film in a long time. Aamir will first start shooting for Dadasaheb Phalke’s biopic, which also is a social dramedy directed by Rajkumar Hirani.
