PM Modi praises Ram Charan’s efforts to promote archery in India

On Saturday, Tollywood star Ram Charan, his wife, Upasana, and her father, Anil Kamineni, met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi. Ram Charan extended his support to the recently concluded Archery Premiere League in the national capital.

Soon after his meeting with the PM, Ram Charan took to X and tweeted that he was “honoured to meet Prime Minister Modi Ji.” “The success of the world’s first Archery Premier League, led by Anil Kamineni Garu. The Peddi actor went on to say, “This is their small step to preserve the legacy of archery and promote it worldwide.”

And PM Modi responded to Ram Charan’s tweet. On Sunday evening, the PM took to X and wrote, “Glad to have met you, Upasana and Anil Kamineni Garu. Your collective efforts to popularise archery are commendable and will benefit countless youngsters.”
