After Devil, producer Abhishek Nama wielded the megaphone again for Nagabandham, an adventurous mythological drama inspired by the discoveries of hidden treasures at the Padmanabhaswamy and Puri Jagannath Temples.
The pan-Indian film is back in the headlines, and according to our reliable sources, it has locked its release date: March 19, 2026, coinciding with the Ugadi festival. The makers are expected to make an official announcement soon.
Virat Karrna, who made an impressive debut with Pedda Kapu, plays the main lead in Nagabandham. Young actresses Nabha Natesh and Iswarya Menon are cast as the female leads.
The film is being produced jointly by Abhishek Nama, Kishore Annapureddy, and Lakshmi Ira under the banners of Abhishek Pictures, NIK Studios, and Tarak Cinemas.
