National Award-winning Kollywood actor-filmmaker Dhanush’s upcoming action drama, Raayan, is gearing up for its world theatrical release on July 26. The pre-release event for the film’s Telugu version was held in Hyderabad last night.
During the event, the anchor asked Dhanush to choose one actor as his co-star if a multi-starrer was ever made. And Dhanush chose none other than NTR. Dhanush and NTR are well known for their impeccable acting prowess and enjoy a huge fan base across the country. Needless to say, a multi-starrer featuring both these acting powerhouses will surely set the box office on fire.
Raayan marks the 50th film in Dhanush’s career. Apart from playing a key role, Dhanush also wrote and directed the movie. The film also stars SJ Suryah, Sundeep Kishan, Selvaraghavan, Prakash Raj, Kalidas Jayaram, Dushara Vijayan, Aparna Balamurali, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in key roles. AR Rahman is the film’s music composer.
