Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya is the next release of Megastar after GodFather. After a long time, Chiru is back to his forte, which is entertainment and action. A grand pre-release event was planned in Vizag’s RK Beach on January 8th.
But the latest grapevine is that the team is yet to be granted permission for conducting the event and hence the planned event stands canceled. A similar situation exists for Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy which also is produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
An official announcement from the production house would give a clear picture. Ravi Teja is acting beside Chiranjeevi after Annayya in this action flick which is directed by Bobby. Shruthi Haasan is playing the female lead and Devi Sri Prasad is the tunesmith. The movie releases on 13th January.
