Critically acclaimed actor-director duo Dhanush and Karthik Subbaraj have finally begun their much-awaited gangster thriller in London. A major portion of the film will be shot abroad. In the past, the makers approached Hollywood legends Al Pacino for a crucial role in the movie.
After much deliberation, Karthik has zeroed in on the veteran Hollywood actor James Cosmo to play the part in his as-yet-untitled film. James Cosmo is well known to Game of Thrones fans, and he had also acted in Hollywood biggies like Braveheart and Troy.
Young Tamil actress Aishwarya Lekshmi is the film’s leading lady. Guru and Vikram Vedha fame Sashikanth is bankrolling the project in association with Reliance Entertainment.
