Bollywood star heroine Deepika Padukone made headlines when she exited Prabhas’ highly anticipated projects, Spirit and Kalki 2. The actress will be seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s King and Allu Arjun’s AA22xA6.
Meanwhile, the latest buzz in Bollywood circles reveals that Deepika Padukone will be making a comeback in Hollywood with a sequel to Vin Diesel’s XXX: XXX: The Return of Xander Cage. Incidentally, Deepika had made her Hollywood debut with the XXX franchise opposite Vin Diesel in 2017.
Interestingly, while Deepika had to quit Spirit and Kalki 2 due to a dispute with the makers over her ‘maternity rules,’ she reportedly convinced the XXX franchise makers to approve her rules of limited working hours.
Apparently, the XXX sequel featuring Deepika will be shot in Mumbai, as she didn’t want to shoot outside India, leaving her little daughter. Earlier, Deepika turned down the third season of The White Lotus due to motherhood.
