Yash Confirms Toxic Release Date; Big Box Office Clash With Dhurandhar 2 on March 19

Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar released last Friday to solid reviews and strong collections. The film’s sequel has already been confirmed for March 19, 2026. Movie lovers quickly noticed that Yash’s costliest project after KGF, Toxic, is also scheduled for the same date. This immediately sparked fresh postponement rumours.

To silence the speculation, the Toxic team released an official poster stating that the film is exactly 100 days away, which clearly indicates a March 19, 2026 release. Director Geetu Mohandas, Yash and the rest of the team have made it clear that the film is arriving as planned, putting a firm checkmate to the postponement buzz.

With this confirmation, Dhurandhar 2 and Toxic are now set for a direct box office clash. At present, the Hindi film carries more positivity because the first part was a sensational hit. Toxic, still in production, has been low on updates, which has kept its buzz comparatively muted. A strong promo or teaser will help Toxic position itself as an equal competitor to Dhurandhar 2.

Toxic features Rukmini Vasanth, Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi and Tara Sutaria. Produced by Venkat Narayana under KVN Productions, the film is being mounted on a large pan-Indian scale. More updates are expected soon.
