Vijay Deverakonda’s film, The Family Star, was released in theaters on April 5. The movie had high expectations but unfortunately failed at the box office. Parasuram directed the film. This movie marks the actor-director’s second collaboration after Geetha Govindam.
Now, after 11 weeks, the Hindi version is available on Jio Cinemas with English subtitles. Meanwhile, the original Telugu version is already available on Amazon Prime Video. Vijay Deverakonda has a strong following in the Northern states, so it will be interesting to see how the Hindi audience will receive this film.
Mrunal Thakur is the female lead. Produced by Dil Raju under the Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, the movie also features Abhinaya, Vasuki, Rohini Hattangadi, Ravi Babu, and Vennela Kishore in pivotal roles. The music is composed by Gopi Sundar.
