Then Sandeep roped in Shahid. But not many know that Kiara Advani was not the first choice to play the female lead. Sandeep had Shraddha Kapoor in mind to play the role of Preeti.
But as Ranveer backed out, Sandeep changed the casting and roped in Kiara Advani. The same happened in Animal as well. Parineethi Chopra was the first choice to play the lead but Sandeep replaced her with Rashmika.
