Rishab Shetty’s Kantara: Chapter 1 is all set for a massive release worldwide on October 2, 2025. He not only directed the film but also plays the lead role, while Rukmini Vasanth is the heroine.
Fans in the USA have a special reason to cheer. The makers have confirmed that the movie will release in IMAX there, and tickets are already open for booking. Watching Kantara on such a big format is going to be a whole new experience.
As for India, there’s no update yet on whether it will come out in IMAX. We’ll have to wait for the official word.
