In November 2024, Ashok Galla’s mythological emotional drama Devaki Nandana Vasudeva hit the big screens. The film grabbed eyeballs since sensational director Prasanth Varma penned its story. Before its release, speculations sparked online that Superstar Mahesh Babu acted in the movie, which is another reason for the buzz. However, the film did not show any impact at the box office and opened to poor reviews.
Though it has been over two months since the film was released, it is yet to arrive on any OTT platform. Interestingly, the Hindi version is set for its digital debut on February 8 on Disney Plus Hotstar. The Hindi dubbed version will simultaneously have its world television premiere on the Colors Cineplex Hindi channel. There is no info yet about the original version.
Devaki Nandana Vasudeva is directed by Arjun Jandyala and produced by Somineni Balakrishna under the banner of Lalithambika Productions. Manasa Varanasi played the leading lady, while Devdatta Nage played the antagonist. Bheems Ceciroleo composed the tunes. Jhansi, Shatru, Naga Mahesh, Sravan Raghavendra, and Sanjay Swaroop played supporting roles.
