Sukumar is producing Uppena and we all know that. Vaishnav Tej, Sai Tej’s brother is making his debut with this film that is in post-production as of now.
The film was supposed to release in April but got postponed due to Corona scare. The talk now is that as there is ample time before the theaters get re-opened, Sukumar has decided to sit on the film and re-edit it.
The news is that Sukumar wants the film to be under two and a half hours and is removing the scenes which are not that useful. We need to see when he and Mythri Movie Makers will decide on the release date of the film.
