Gen 63, Indian cinema’s most eagerly awaited adventure thriller starring Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Prithviraj Sukumaran in lead roles, wrapped up three crucial schedules in Hyderabad and Odisha earlier this year. The SS Rajamouli directorial was supposed to be shot in Kenya in July, but the shooting was postponed due to the political clashes in Kenya.
In a recent media interaction, SSMB29’s producer, KL Narayana, has dropped a key update on the film’s next schedule. The veteran filmmaker revealed that the action-packed schedule will take place in the picturesque locales of Kenya’s capital, Nairobi, and Tanzania from the third week of September. Rajamouli and his team will be canning high-voltage action sequences in the upcoming schedule.
A staggering Rs 1,000 crore is being spent on this mammoth project, making it one of the most expensive movies ever made in India. The film will have a huge pan-international release in 2027. MM Keeravani is composing the soundtrack for this biggie. The makers recently announced that the film’s first glimpse will be out in November.
