Last year, actress Samantha took a break from shootings after disclosing to her fans and industry colleagues that she was suffering from Myositis. Sam returned to the shooting sets in January and shot for Raj and DK’s Amazon Prime Video series, Citadel, for a few days.
Now, as per to the latest updates, Samantha is back on Citadel’s set. The actress took part in the latest schedule of this much-awaited series yesterday. The shooting is currently underway in Nainital, and Bollywood star Varun Dhawan is also taking part in the shoot. The series’ Indian adaptation is being directed by the Raj and DK duo.
Soon after wrapping up her portions in Citadel, Sam will have Shaakuntalam releasing on April 14. On the other hand, she also has Kushi, which also stars Vijay Deverakonda in a lead role.
