The movie starring Mouli Tanuj Prashanth and Shivani Nagaram in the lead roles surpassed expectations and is one of the biggest hits in Telugu cinema in terms of ROI. Sai Marthand directed the movie, while Aditya Hasan of #90’s fame produced it under ETV Win.

Interestingly, Little Hearts was initially planned for a direct-to-digital release, but it has now turned out to be a golden goose for everyone involved.
