Puri Jagannadh is currently working on an action entertainer spearheaded by Vijay Sethupathi. The team recently commenced a new schedule in which high-octane action sequences are being filmed. For the past few days, rumors have been rife about the director’s upcoming projects. Addressing the speculations, the director’s team issued a statement.
“Dashing director Puri Jagannadh is currently focused solely on his upcoming project #PuriSethupathi. All the rumors floating around about his other projects are completely false and baseless. Don’t believe such rumors and spread them. Any official updates regarding Puri Jagannadh will be announced only by the team,” the statement read.
#PuriSethupathi is reportedly titled Slumdog, and the film stars Samyukta as the female lead. Tabu, Duniya Vijay, Brahmaji, VTV Ganesh, and others play key roles. Puri Connects and JB Motion Pictures are jointly producing this flick. Harshavardhan Rameshwar is the music composer.
