After scoring two back-to-back blockbusters with L2: Empuraan and Thudarum, Mollywood’s legendary actor Mohanlal has now come up with a family entertainer titled Hridayapoorvam. The movie, directed by Sathyan Anthikad, carried decent hype before its release.
At the box office, the film opened on a fair note despite competition from Lokah. Hridayapoorvam’s post-theatrical streaming rights are with Jio Hotstar, according to the latest update. This was confirmed during the film’s opening credits. Interestingly, Jio Hotstar also holds the digital rights for Empuraan and Thudarum.
Hridayapoorvam has received positive reviews from critics and is expected to maintain its momentum going forward. Produced by Antony Perumbavoor under Aashirvad Cinemas, the movie also stars Malavika Mohanan and Sangita Madhavan Nair in key roles.
