8 Vasantalu marks the second film for actress Ananthika Sanilkumar and director Phanindra Narsetti. Released in theatres on June 20, 2025, the film failed to impress a majority of audiences.
The movie has now made its way to OTT, with Netflix streaming it in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. It remains to be seen whether it can find a new audience in the digital space.
Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film features Hanu Reddy, Ravi Duggirala, Swaraj Rebbapragada, Sanjana Hardageri, Sameera Kishore, and others in key roles. Music is composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab.
