Did you remember how fast They Call Him OG wrapped up its initial schedules and how fans were treated with back-to-back updates, exclusive stills of Pawan Kalyan from the sets, and even classy replies to quirky mentions on X/Twitter?
However, a section of Pawan Kalyan fans recently felt that the same enthusiasm is lacking now and flooded the official DVV Entertainments handle, asking what happened. Some even went further and claimed that the admin of the handle had recently been changed.
This made the makers a little upset, and young producer Kalyan Dasari stepped in to clarify. He said they have known Wall & Trends since the days of RRR and confirmed that there was no change in the admin, wondering how these rumours surfaced. “The same admin will continue to handle DVV and will ensure the very best for OG and everyone,” assured Kalyan.
On top of that, he asked Pawan Kalyan fans and others not to believe or spread any misinformation related to OG, as it could fuel gossip websites.
Addressing claims of favoritism, Kalyan clarified that there is no such thing from their end and stated that copyright infringement strikes are a common practice in the industry.
“OG is a film meant for celebration, and that’s what has been happening for the last three years and will continue to happen. So let’s ignore all the noise and enjoy the euphoria that’s coming up,” concluded the young producer.
They Call Him OG’s next song, Suvvi Suvvi, a melody composed by Thaman, will be released tomorrow, and the makers have slated the movie’s release for September 25, 2025.
