Akkineni Nagarjuna’s classic film Shiva, which broke many stereotypes in cinema when it was released, is now out in a 4K remastered version. Ram Gopal Varma directed the film.
The movie has completed 2 days at the box office, and the team has officially released the 2-day collection report. It grossed Rs. 3.95 crore worldwide, including $50K from North America.
This is an okay result for a re-release, though not an exceptional one. Amala Akkineni plays the female lead, while Annapurna Studios handled the remastering and production. Ilaiyaraaja composed the music.
