Jr. NTR and Hrithik Roshan’s big-budget spy action thriller War 2 turned out to be a box office debacle. The film was directed by Ayan Mukerji of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani fame and backed by Yash Raj Films. Naga Vamsi presented War 2 to the Telugu audience and he was trolled heavily after making big statements about the film earlier.
During Mass Jathara promotions, Naga Vamsi opened up about War 2’s massive failure. He said, “Mistakes do happen. Everyone will make mistakes at some point in time. Aditya Chopra garu is the biggest producer in Indian cinema. NTR anna and I trusted YRF blindly, but it misfired.”
Naga Vamsi further added, “The mistake is on their side, but we faced the heat (laughs). We didn’t make the film. I’m happy that the trolling we faced wasn’t for a film made by us.” The internet is now divided, with Naga Vamsi’s comments sparking discussions.
