Everyone was shocked when actress Charmme’s name made headlines in the sensational Tollywood drug scandal a week ago. Charmme will appear before the SIT for an intense inquiry on July 20th.
While Charmme maintained silence except for a cryptic tweet, her father Deep Singh has trashed the reports of his daughter consuming drugs while speaking to a leading English news daily. He said that his daughter is ‘very disturbed’ by all the allegations against her.
“I know my daughter. She is working since the age of 13 and she is still working successfully in the industry. She will not have this longevity of success and an amazing career if she is involved in such illegal activities. It is her hard work and dedication which has brought her this far,” said Charmme’s concerned father.
Deep Singh further said that Charmme is currently focussing on Paisa Vasool amid these allegations. He went on to say that he is also a dear friend of Puri and described him as a gem of a person. “Everything will be proved with a clean chit very soon,” Deep Singh said, requesting media to stick to the facts.
