S S Rajamouli’s Maryada Ramanna was remade in Tamil as ‘Vallavanukku Pullum Aayudham’. PVP Cinema has produced this remake and famous comedian Santhanam played Sunil’s role.
This movie which released in more than 300 screens in Tamil Nadu on May 9th. Earlier, this movie was supposed to release on May 16th. Rajinikanth’s ‘kochadaiyan’ which was supposed to release on May 9th got postponed. Produced PVP sensed a huge opportunity and changed the release date from May 16th to May 9th, and got the film released within 48 hours.
The aggressive promotions and acute business acumen of the producers have helped this film to become a big hit in Tamil.
