In the just concluded Oopiri success meet, Nagarjuna revealed that Mahesh called him after watching Oopiri and spoke at length about the film for nearly 20 minutes and told him that Oopiri has given him a huge confidence (to explore different subjects).
Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, Oopiri was produced by PVP Cinema. The film also had Tamannaah and Prakash Raj in crucial roles.
