Leading Kollywood production cum distribution house Lyca Productions has acquired the rights to distribute popular Tamil hero Arun Vijay’s upcoming film, Mission: Chapter 1. Lyca’s head Subaskaran will be releasing the movie worldwide in four languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. The makers will soon be coming up with an announcement on the film’s release date.
Mission: Chapter 1 is touted as a slick and stylish action thriller. A major portion of the movie was shot in Chennai and London over a period of 70 days. The film marks 2.0 and Theri actress Amy Jackson’s comeback to the silver screens after becoming mother to a boy in 2019. Noted Tamil director AL Vijay is helming this film.
Talented Malayalam actress Nimisha Sajayan is playing a key role in the movie, which has its music composed by GV Prakash Kumar. Mission: Chapter 1 is produced jointly by M Rajashekar and S Swathi.
