Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra, the latest Malayalam superhit, has grossed Rs. 80 crore at the box office in just five days. Kalayani Priyadarshan plays the lead role, with Neslan also featuring in the film.
Directed by Dominic Arun, the superhero movie has not officially announced its OTT platform yet. However, social media buzz suggests that Netflix may have acquired the digital rights for a substantial amount.
While there’s no official confirmation, given the film’s ongoing box office success, it may take some time before it premieres online. It is, however, confirmed that the movie will have a multilingual digital release.
Released in Telugu as Kotha Lokah, the film has been winning audiences’ hearts. With a Hindi release also planned, the Dulquer Salmaan-produced project is set to reach an even wider audience.
