In November 2024, it was officially announced that Thandel actor Naga Chaitanya and Virupaksha director Karthik Varma Dandu have joined hands for a pan-Indian mystic thriller, tentatively titled NC 24.
The movie is currently in the pre-production phase, and the latest news is that budding Hindi actor Sparsh Shrivastava, known for his role in Laapataa Ladies, has been roped in to play the villain in the movie. An official announcement is expected soon.
Meenakshi Chaudhary is likely to romance Chaitanya in this film, which will begin production once he completes his work on Thandel. NC 24 is a production of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra and Sukumar Writings, with Ajaneesh Loknath composing the music. Stay tuned for more updates on the project.
