Janhvi Kapoor has faced a setback as her latest release, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, failed to make an impact at the box office.
Despite the hype and strong promotions, the film opened to mixed-to-negative reviews and struggled to attract audiences, and made only Rs 30 crore to date.
Directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Dharma Productions, the romantic drama paired Janhvi with Varun Dhawan once again.
This marks yet another disappointment for Janhvi, who has been looking for a big commercial hit. However, she remains optimistic and will be seen in Peddi alongside Ram Charan.
