Usually, the makers of big films sell the overseas theatrical rights of their films to top distribution houses. But that’s not the case with Prabhas’s big budget action epic Adipurush.
As per the latest updates, Adipurush is going for own release in the overseas markets. The makers of the mythological action epic are releasing the film on their own with a private distribution company assisting them in the process.
T series, the producers of Adipurush will pay token commission to the distribution company for expediting the process. But they haven’t sell the rights to anyone. So, the overseas theatrical revenues will primarily go to the producers of the film.
It is known that the film is releasing on the 16th of June this year.
