It is known that Lyca Productions initiated legal action on maverick director, Shankar for not fulfilling his commitment to complete Indian 2 under their production.
The latest update is that Kamal Hassan who is playing the protagonist in Indian 2 has started mediating between Lyca Productions and Shankar. He is in talks with the producers and the director separately.
Kamal wants to find a rightful solution amicably. His main motive is to resume the project at the earliest and complete it a brisk pace. Further developments in this regard will determine the progress of the project.
