It’s known to one and all that Kollywood star Dhanush turned director for the second time with his landmark golden jubilee film. The other day, it was revealed that the movie is titled Raayan. There have been rumors stating that Dhanush’s brother and famous director, Selvaraghavan, wrote the script.
Selvaraghavan took to his Twitter profile and dismissed the rumors. He wrote, “Friends, heard reports that I have written the script for D-50 RAAYAN. I clarify that I have NOTHING to do with RAAYAN’s script or scripting process. It’s purely Dhanush’s dream script, and now he has made it into his own film. I am merely an actor in this project.”
The director also wrote that, just like everyone, he is also waiting eagerly for the movie. Selvaraghavan added that he is proud of his brother’s dedication and hard work. Telugu actor Sundeep Kishan is playing a key role. Sun Pictures is bankrolling the film. AR Rahman is composing the tunes.
