Dil Raju produced a film called HIT with Rajkumar Rao. The film was a remake of the Telugu hit with the same name. The film was released with one more film called Shabhash Mithu based on Hyderabadi Indian cricketer, MIthali Raj which had Taapsee as the lead.
Sadly, both the films have flopped at the box office. While HIT crosses the 12 crores mark, Shabhash Mithu has not been appreciated by the audience.
Both these films have not seen any occupancy on the weekdays and have been removed from several screens India-wide. Dil Raju, in an interview, has said that he has made decent money with HIT despite its poor show.
