Pradeep Ranganathan, who scored back-to-back blockbusters as a lead actor, is now gearing up to entertain audiences with the youthful entertainer Dude. The film is set to release for Diwali 2025. Initially, Pradeep’s Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) was also announced for Diwali release, and the update created stirred discussions online as to how two films of the same hero can be involved in a box office clash.
However, LIK was later postponed indefinitely to avoid a clash with Dude. The latest buzz on social media suggests that LIK might hit the big screens in December 2025. An official confirmation is yet to be made. The futuristic romantic comedy entertainer is directed by Vignesh Shivan.
Krithi Shetty plays the female lead. SJ Suryah, Yogi Babu, Gouri G Kishan, and Mysskin will be seen in key roles. SS Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studio, in collaboration with Nayanthara, is bankrolling this project. Anirudh Ravichander is the music composer.
