Ram Charan and Shankar’s political action drama Game Changer ended as a huge disappointment for fans. The biggie failed miserably at the box office, and it was a huge jolt to producer Dil Raju, who made it on a whopping Rs. 400 crores budget. During the promotions of his next film, Thammudu, Dil Raju opened up about Game Changer’s failure.

“The editor’s statement about footage’s duration (7 and 1/2 hours) was correct. When things aren’t going well, it is the producer’s responsibility to correct them. I have to take the blame here. I shouldn’t have greenlit a project like Game Changer in the first place. In my career, I have never worked with a big director before. Hence, Game Changer was my first wrong step,” stated the ace producer.

Dil Raju opined that he should have signed a contract with the director outlining certain terms and conditions related to the film. He regrets not doing so, as it led to a massive loss. Dil Raju also expressed his disappointment over delivering a poor film with Ram Charan.
