It’s well known that Kollywood star Dhanush will be turning director for the second time with his landmark golden jubilee film. Tentatively titled Raayan, the film will star Vishnu Vishal and Dushara Vijayan in lead roles and it will be bankrolled under Sun Pictures banner.
It was reported earlier that Dhanush’s long-time collaborator and star Tamil music composer Anirudh Ravichander will be scoring the soundtrack for this highly-anticipated film. But the latest buzz in Tamil film circles reveals that Anirudh may exit the project due to his packed schedule in 2023.
Furthermore, Oscar-winning legendary composer AR Rahman will be stepping in to compose the music for Dhanush50. However, an official announcement is awaited in this regard. In the past, AR Rahman had scored for Dhanush’s Maryan and Raanjhanaa.
