Actor-director Pradeep Ranganathan is gearing up to entertain the audiences with the youthful entertainer Dragon. Directed by Oh My Kadavule fame Ashwath Marimuthu, the film stars Anupama Parameswaran and Kayadu Lohar as the female leads. The film will be simultaneously released in Tamil and Telugu on February 21st.

During an interview, Pradeep Ranganathan made an interesting observation. He said, “Everyone is using the word ‘cringe’ more often lately. We (filmmakers) think too much about each scene, worrying it might be labeled as cringe. Let’s say if a trailer or song drops online, people start calling some portions of it cringe. That word is being used to define everything.”

Pradeep Ranganathan added, “If someone dislikes a film or finds it too loud, they call it cringe. If people find a film boring, they also call it cringe. The word has lost its original meaning due to its over usage. Before a couple of years, not many people used that word.”
