Senior comedian Babu Mohan was one of the most sought after actors until a few years ago. However, he has been hardly seen on the screen ever since he entered politics a decade ago. Currently, Babu Mohan is shooting for 4, 5 projects.

Meanwhile, in a latest interview, Babu Mohan revealed that he never intended to take a break from acting. He alleged that some of his co-stars had sabotaged his career by propagating rumors that he was not keen on acting in movies due to his political commitments when he was a cabinet minister.

Babu Mohan also revealed that there were times when he had to reject a few offers as his roles were outright cheap and didn’t suit his stature as the minister of the state.
