Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Akhanda 2 has started picking up serious buzz as the release date gets closer. Boyapati Sreenu is back to direct the sequel, and the team is gearing up for a December 5, 2025 arrival in theatres across multiple languages.
The makers also revealed that the film is coming in a 3D version, which has already grabbed plenty of attention. The trailer event is planned in Hyderabad, and November 28, 2025, is the date being talked about in industry circles. An official announcement from the team is expected very soon.
Promotions are set to pick up soon. The team has planned a song launch event in Vizag, and after that, they’ll be heading to Bengaluru and a few other cities for more promotional activities. The complete schedule is expected to be announced shortly.
The film features Samyuktha, Aadi Pinisetty, and several other familiar faces in key roles. Raam Achanta and Gopi Achanta are producing the project, with M. Tejeswini Nandamuri presenting it. And as always, Thaman is handling the music, which fans are expecting to be loud, energetic, and in sync with the Akhanda vibe.
