SS Rajamouli and Prabhas’ Baahubali: The Epic (amalgamation of Baahubali 1 and Baahubali 2) is set to hit the big screens on October 31st, and the anticipation is enormous for the re-release. The duration is 3 hours and 45 minutes for the edited version, and movie buffs have been wondering which scenes didn’t make it to the final cut.
The team has now released a special interview featuring Prabhas, SS Rajamouli, and Rana Daggubati, during which the director revealed the information about deleted portions. Accordingly, Avantika’s love story, Pacchaboteesina song, Kanna Nidurinchara song, and Irukkupo song were removed from the re-release version.
Also, Rajamouli and team trimmed certain portions of the war sequences featuring Prabhas and Rana. “In every scene, we are telling the story continuously. However, the emotions and peak moments were retained,” stated Rajamouli.
