SS Rajamouli and Prabhas’ monstrous blockbusters Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion are set to re-release as a single film titled Baahubali:The Epic on October 31 in multiple formats. Since the makers are bringing both films together as one cut, there have been discussions about the runtime for the past few days.
The re-edited version has now completed censor formalities with a U/A certificate, and the duration is locked at 3 hours and 44 minutes, making it one of the longest films in the modern era. It remains to be seen which scenes are removed and which ones are retained.
Produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under Arka Media Works, the movie also stars Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Sathyaraj, Ramya Krishnan, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Subbaraju in pivotal roles. Legendary MM Keeravani composed the music.
