Baahubali: The Beginning, the film that redefined not only Telugu cinema but also placed Indian cinema on the global map, completes 10 years today. Directed by SS Rajamouli, the film featured Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Rana, and Tamannaah in lead roles, and it ended up amassing over Rs 650 crore at the global box office, setting a new benchmark in Indian cinema.
When a fan randomly asked, “When are you going to re-release Baahubali?” the film’s official X handle pleasantly surprised everyone by replying, “Re-release? RELEASE!” We at 123telugu were the first to reveal a couple of months ago that the Baahubali makers were planning to club all the important scenes from both Baahubali 1 and 2 into a single, full-length movie and release it in cinemas worldwide in October this year. The makers will soon reveal their “release” plans.
Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion were both produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under their Arka Media Works banner. The film also featured an epic soundtrack composed by the Oscar-winning music composer MM Keeravani. Stay tuned for further updates.
