Bachhala Malli is set in the 90s, the film features Rao Ramesh, Hari Teja, Praveen, and others in significant roles. Rajesh Danda and Balaji Gutta are jointly producing the film under the banner of Hasya Movies. Acclaimed music director Vishal Chandra Shekar is composing the music.
