Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu’s hat-trick film, Akhanda, released last Thursday and received a unanimous positive response from fans. The film is minting solid shares across the twin Telugu states and looks all set to end up as the highest grosser in Balayya’s career.
In Ceded, Balayya’s strong region, Akhanda has collected a solid share of Rs 6.7 crore within just 3 days of its release. The film’s Ceded theatrical rights were sold for Rs 12 crore. With Balayya’s mass power at display in full swing, Akhanda is expected to reach the magic figure and break even within its first week itself.
Akhanda also has Srikanth, Jagapathi Babu, Pragya Jaiswal and Poorna in lead roles. Thaman has composed the soundtrack for this Miryala Ravinder Reddy production.
